Police on Monday arrested Manisha, spouse of jailed gangster Kaushal Chaudhary, for allegedly making an attempt to extort Rs 2 crores from a resort proprietor, officers stated.
Performing allegedly on behalf of the Kaushal Chaudhary and Amit Dagar gang, Manisha demanded the resort proprietor over the telephone to pay up the quantity or they might open fireplace on the resort. Dying threats have been additionally issued, they stated.
