Mahakumbh Stampede: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday introduced a judicial inquiry into the stampede which claimed 30 lives. The pre-dawn stampede on the Sangam space occurred as hundreds of thousands of pilgrims jostled for house to take a holy dip on the event of Mauni Amavasya, thought of one of the auspicious days through the mela.

Yogi Adityanath mentioned “The incident is heart-wrenching. We categorical our deepest condolences to all these households who misplaced their family members.
