The high-level multi-disciplinary panel constituted by the Union Ministry of Well being and Household Welfare contains seven consultants drawn from the Nationwide Heart for Illness Management (NCDC) Delhi, NIMHANS Bengaluru, Regional Workplace of Well being & Household Welfare and Nationwide Institute for Virology (NIV), Pune. Three consultants from NIV, Pune had been already supporting the native authorities; the central crew has now been expanded.
