Vijayasai Reddy Resigns From Rajya Sabha, 4th YSRCP MP To Give up Since 2024 Polls Rout

YSRCP chief V Vijayasai Reddy on Saturday resigned as a member of Rajya Sabha and introduced he was quitting politics because of “private causes”, the fourth get together MP to short-terminate their phrases within the Higher Home since its rout within the 2024 Meeting elections.

He met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar at his residence and submitted his resignation.

The Rajya Sabha later notified Reddy’s resignation.

“Shri V. Vijayasai Reddy, an elected Member of the Council of States (Rajya Sabha), representing the State of Andhra Pradesh, resigned his seat within the Rajya Sabha and his resignation has been accepted by the Chairman, Rajya Sabha w.e.f, twenty fifth January, 2025,” Rajya Sabha Secretary-Basic P C Mody stated within the notification.

YSRCP Rajya Sabha members M Venkata Ramana, B Mastan Rao Yadav and BC chief R Krishnaiah resigned within the current previous.
