BPSC examination row: Prashant Kishor, Jan Suraaj chief refused to submit a surety bond because the courtroom granted him bail on Monday. In accordance with the sources, Kishor is adamant about persevering with his fast-unto-death, demanding the cancellation of a Bihar Public Service Fee (BPSC) examination. Earlier within the day, he was arrested by the Patna police.

The bail was granted by the civil courtroom hours after his arrest amid large protests by his supporters.  Kishor was protesting with a five-point demand when the police intervened and eliminated him from the positioning – Patna’s Gandhi Maidan.

“If elevating a voice towards the injustice being finished to the youth is a criminal offense then going to jail is suitable. My protest will proceed even in jail,” he stated.
