No less than two individuals suffered minor accidents and over 15 homes have been burnt in a hearth in Manipur’s Moreh city alongside the India-Myanmar border on Sunday, a defence assertion stated.
The hearth erupted in Mission Veng locality of Moreh in Tengnoupal district, it stated.
“Assam Rifles and Manipur Hearth Companies promptly and doused an enormous hearth that engulfed 15-20 homes in Mission Veng locality in Tengnoupal district,” it stated.
Two injured individuals have been evacuated and first-aid was administered, the assertion added.
