Karnataka Police arrested well-known Kannada TV serial actor Charith Balappa on prices of sexually harassing and blackmailing a younger actress over her personal movies on Friday.
The Rajarajeshwari Nagar Police arrested the actor following a grievance in opposition to him by a 29-year-old actress.
