Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand on Sunday issued a stern warning to bouncers towards misbehaving with police personnel, stating that VIPs they accompany can be held accountable for his or her actions.
“Within the latest incident at Sandhya Theatre, we noticed 40-50 bouncers behaving recklessly. Regardless of the presence of the general public and police, they pushed everybody apart. Their sole focus was on the VIP. This can be a warning to all bouncers: in the event that they misbehave with the police, strict motion might be taken towards them. The behaviour of the bouncers is the accountability of the VIPs they accompany. VIPs can not shift the blame to the bouncers; the legal responsibility rests with them,” stated Mr Anand.
