A 26-year-old man was stabbed to demise in his house over an alleged monetary dispute in Delhi’s Narela space on Friday. The sufferer, recognized as Himanshu, was residing along with his buddy, Sumit Kaushik, on the time of the incident, officers mentioned.

In response to a preliminary investigation, one of many accused, Ravi, had allegedly borrowed Rs 45,000 from the sufferer’s buddy, Sumit. He, nevertheless, did not return the cash. Following this, the sufferer visited Ravi’s home in Safiyabad and threatened his household with “penalties” if he did not repay his buddy.

Hours later, Ravi, alongside along with his three accomplices, reached the sufferer’s residence round 6 pm and stabbed him. They instantly fled the scene.

Three folks have been arrested within the case – Ravi (30), Sahil (24) and Ashish (26). The fourth accused, Akshay Khatri, is reportedly on the run. A case of homicide has been registered in opposition to them.

“The motive behind the homicide seems to be linked to a monetary dispute…We’re questioning the accused,” the official added.
