Two labourers from Bihar have been killed in Manipur by unidentified gunmen

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday expressed grief over the killing of two migrant staff from the state in Manipur’s Kakching district, and introduced ex gratia of Rs 2 lakh every for members of the family of the deceased.
His Manipur counterpart N Biren Singh additionally condemned the “brutal killing of younger brothers, Sunalal Kumar (18) and Dasharat Kumar (17), from Bihar”. Biren Singh mentioned an ex gratia of Rs 10 lakh can be offered to every bereaved household.
