Income Secretary Sanjay Malhotra has been appointed Governor of the Reserve Financial institution of India (RBI). He’ll take cost from Wednesday for 3 years, the federal government stated in a press release. Mr Malhotra is a 1990-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Rajasthan cadre.

He’s a Pc Science graduate from the Indian Institute of Expertise, Kanpur, and has a Grasp’s in Public Coverage from Princeton College, US.
