The leopard awakened, roared, and attacked the group of forest division staff.

Bijnor:

Three forest division officers have been injured after they have been attacked by a leopard whereas they have been placing the trapped massive cat in a cage in Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor district, officers stated on Saturday.

The incident passed off in a forest close to Dharmanagri when the officers managed to entice the leopard.

A video reveals three forest division officers carrying the leopard to a cage stored in a truck. It seems that the officers subdued the leopard with sticks they usually appeared to tie its limbs.

Whereas two officers may be seen holding the leopard’s paws, one other, sporting a helmet, may be seen holding the massive cat close to its head.

As they approached the cage, the officers put the massive cat down.

Nevertheless, to their shock, the leopard awakened, roared, and attacked the group of forest division staff.

Quickly after, the officers managed to entice the leopard once more and put it into the cage.

Three staff have been injured within the incident and are being handled, officers stated.
