The signatories to the settlement are Vanlaldina Fanai, Commissioner and Secretary to the Authorities of Mizoram, and Lieutenant Normal Vikas Lakhera, the Director Normal of Assam Rifles.
Mr Lalduhoma stated the MoA will come into impact from April 1, 2025, and development of some amenities at Zokhawsang is but to be accomplished.
